About Montana Mediations

Montana Mediations is operated by Greg Overstreet, a Montana attorney and mediator at Overstreet Law Group. Greg participated in mediations for years as an attorney. Greg is an associate member of the Montana Mediation Association. 

More important than his 28 years of courtroom experience, which included representing parties in mediations, Greg has had several life experiences that allow him to understand a problem from several perspectives. He grew up poor in a rural area – the best man at his wedding was a logger – and then became a successful attorney representing everyone from regular citizens to large corporations. In fact, after a very favorable outcome of a complicated federal case, his opponent called him after the case ended and offered him a job.

Greg is semi-retired now and enjoying life in the last best place: Montana. He loves the outdoors and spends as much time as possible in it with his wife and teenage son.

He gives back to the community by teaching Law 101 at Stevensville High School.

Greg also operates Montana Local Counsel to assist out-of-state attorneys with their Montana cases.
